• So excited to be back and having these conversations again, it’s been too long!

• Will work a little differently than Insiders calls, we’ll go through all of our topics before taking on a bunch of questions (We’ll still try and answer them at the end)
• No dates for rides though, sorry! We’ll still give some information…

October Events

• What do you all think of the Halloween Event so far? Are tokens balanced?
• Mixed feelings on how difficult getting tokens is, but we have a looottt of ways to earn tokens

• Other colors for Nerf Blasters exist and will be released over time!

• TBH no new token design because Cam forgot to order one oops

• Everything we’ve done so far is not where it ends, a lot more stuff coming!
• Actual Halloween day, Saturday before (Halloweekend!)

• Sorry to everyone who completed the quest early and didn’t get tokens, if you still haven’t gotten them please make a ticket!!

• There will be lots of opportunities to get new tokens, and mayyyybe even some events to get new tokens!

• Leak: There is at least one more exciting announcement coming this month, unrelated to a Feature Friday or Halloween Event

Vote Crate Changes

• Would like to remove the vote crate and introduce the Vote Token Shop
• Each Vote = 1 Vote Token
• All of your keys would carry over to vote tokens

• Tokens are a way to work towards better items, boosters, buying magic keys, and event tokens (when applicable)

• Rather than voting for a chance of getting an item, now you can just save up your tokens and buy it

• Has a rotating 3-5 slots that update weekly for a chance to get a cool cosmetic that can only be earned in the vote token shop

• Kind of like the current event shop

• Only for the vote crate!! Magic crate is staying the same

• Will bring back vote parties as part of this

• Aiming to release this pretty quickly, working on it ASAP, this was the final check-in to make sure people reacted positively to it
• Either this month or next month

Trader Tam’s

• Sell items of same tier for a KC payout, kind of like the Collector but it takes everything

• Has set prices for items, typically sells for less than what’s in the shop, etc.

• Tiers include Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythic, Exotic

• Higher the tier the higher the items will be tradable for more (do not argue about what an items tier is I will riot and get flashbacks to the gift exchange)

• Trader Tam will also have a viewable menu of things he's bought from players in the last 24 hours, players can buy these items from Tam before they're discarded to the void (at a markup price)

• He will fit into the lore, don’t even worry

• Generally positive reception to this from the crowd!

Timeline Updates

• We'll be focusing on improving new guest experiences, and providing a more welcoming environment for those who are new.

• We’re still working on a lot of what we initially discussed, just making sure we prioritize the new user experience and continue to make improvements to the overall server

• If you see changes on our schedule, it doesn’t mean those features are abandoned, we’re just reprioritizing to focus on what matters now

• Cam cares about It’s a Small World!

Insiders Server Updates

• What do you guys want us to do with the Insiders server?
• Keep using it as-is for polls and such

• Trying to build out a new schedule to keep regular Insiders announcements going

• Alsooo, Quality Assurance team will probably open up again soon to guests to help with bug testing and testing new features before they launch!

Honesty Hour

• We made a lot of mistakes this year, we prioritized some of the wrong things and went for some crazy ambitious projects that weren’t beneficial. some were cool but some hurt your experience and we’re sorry for that

• Although we spent a lot of time on projects that weren't beneficial to growing the community, the members of the community provided a ton of support throughout the year, and our team was there with us through it all, so thank you to everyone who continues to push us to do better
• We see all of your positive messages and support, and it’s heartwarming to read

• We’re making improvements to the process and putting new processes in place to make sure anything we announce is something we are actually committed to and can make happen. It’s not fair to give you all empty promises. We want to stand behind what we create and make sure it’s impactful

• We’re changing up our process and how announcements work to make sure we’re committed to stuff and that it’s ready before it’s announced

• We may discontinue Feature Friday early and go back to focusing our energy on highly impactful improvements, although it’s been fun to ship something brand new every week for the last few months it’s something that unfortunately not everyone has enjoyed and we’re looking to pause it for now
• We still have many planned for the foreseeable future, but might not go to the end of the year
• Maybe every other Friday

• Want to make sure it’s impactful, not just rushed releases

• Again, big thank you for all the support. We’re constantly trying to do better and make cool stuff! So much cool stuff in the pipeline we can’t wait for you to see.

Misc.

• The Pin Hoarder has bought >7000 chaser pins lol (the exclusive rare ones)

• Small World will be released by 2046

• How our process works: Every Monday, a few of us have a discussion on what to prioritize for the week. Work on weekly cycles
